A segment in the Cold War room at the Musée des Blindés, the French army's armour museum and one of the largest tank collections in the world. As at Langelandsfort in Denmark and the Patton Museum at Fort Knox, the segment is shown among the machinery of the confrontation rather than among civic symbols — a reading of the Wall as equipment.
