A memorial stone with wall in the spa gardens of an Alpine resort, about as far from the border as Germany goes.

A memorial stone with a piece of the Wall in the Kurpark at Oberstdorf, the southernmost market town in Germany, in the Allgäu Alps. It is roughly as far from the border as it is possible to be and still be in the country — which is the point of a catalogue like this one: the Wall did not stay near where it stood.
