The Plaza Berlín is at the southern end of that avenue. As in Madrid and Seoul, the square carries Berlin's name and the fragments explain why — the naming and the object arrive as a pair.
A 2019 BBC Mundo report, republished in El Universal, dates the plaza's three fragments to 1995.
