The record
One element of the Wall installed in 2018 in a Jura industrial town, the most visible mark of its twinning with Friesenheim in Baden-Württemberg.
The town of Tavaux, in the Jura, has been twinned with Friesenheim in Baden-Württemberg since June 1991, and its official page on the twinning lists what the exchange has produced. The most spectacular, it says, is an element of the Berlin Wall installed in 2018 on the Place des Droits de l'Homme; a caption on the same page says it was inaugurated in November 2018.
The page says nothing else about the piece: not where in Berlin it stood, how it reached the Jura, how large it is, or who gave it. Wikipedia's French list of segments puts it on a roundabout of the same name. The town's page is the only source read.
