The record

Fragments shown on a company's land, which a councillor asked in 2016 to move somewhere more visible.

Fragments of the Wall are shown on the grounds of a firm on ulica Mazurska in Elbląg. The local news site info.elblag.pl, on 10 November 2016, reported that the councillor Robert Turlej of Civic Platform had written to the city's president, Witold Wróblewski, asking him to talk to the owner about moving the exhibition to a more prominent place and signing it properly, so that it could become a tourist attraction. The article names the company, Cleaner, and calls the exhibition one of fragments of the original Wall, without giving a number or a date of arrival.

It is the only report read here, and it is ten years old; whether the councillor's request produced anything, and whether the fragments are still on the firm's land, is not known. The land is the company's, so nothing here should be taken as an invitation to enter it.

How did it get here?

Provenance has not been established. Movement history, ownership, and installation dates will be added only when supported by sources.
