In December 2014 fifteen segments of the Wall, each 4.25 m high and 2.45 m wide, were unloaded on the De Trompet business park in Heemskerk, on the car park between the firm Fairexx and a car dealer. The Noordhollands Dagblad reported on 18 December 2014 that Fairexx, which moves and stores materials mostly for fairs and events, was keeping them for the buyer, 'a South American', according to its director Paul van Zijl. They had come by trailer from a remote site in East Berlin and weighed about 4.5 tonnes each.
The paper said they would probably stay about a year and then go by shipping container to South America. The Wall Net adds that they could be visited during 2015 with the owner's leave, and that many local pupils did so.
Whether and when they left, and where in South America they went, is not recorded in anything read here; the buyer is not named. Fairexx still trades from De Trompet 2650 in 2026, but its website says nothing about the blocks, so the address marks where they were kept, not where they are.
