The segment outside the German embassy is the record in this catalogue where the standing caveat stops being a formality: every page here says that source retrieval does not establish that an object is still there, and in Kyiv that has been the literal position since February 2022. The atlas has no way to confirm the segment's present condition, and would rather say so than carry a status it cannot support.
The last report read here is from February 2017, when a Ukrainian member of parliament, Oleksiy Honcharenko, sprayed NEIN across the segment in protest at remarks by the German ambassador, and the embassy publicly regretted the damage to a fragment of the historic Wall standing on its grounds.
