A piece of the Wall beside the Berliner Freiheit shopping centre in the Vahr — by one account two segments, moved outside in 2012 after years in a shop window.
Radio Bremen's survey of the traces of the division in the city, published on German Unity Day 2026, counts four pieces of the Wall in Bremen and puts one of them at the Berliner Freiheit in the Vahr. The Weser-Kurier, reporting in November 2023 on the governing coalition's wish for a more fitting memorial, likewise mentions a fragment in the Vahr.
Neither says more, and the rest rests on The Wall Net, a general reference: two segments, which came to Bremen with several others through the Überseestadt, stood for some years in a shop window inside the centre and were set up beside the building in 2012 during alterations. Whether one piece stands there or two, and who owns them, the sources do not settle.
