The record
A segment from a festival at Teltow, painted by a Berlin youth training centre with „20 Jahre Osten und Westen vereint“ and unveiled in the school's yard on 20 November 2009.
The Potsdamer Neueste Nachrichten reported on 21 November 2009 that an original segment of the Wall now adorns the schoolyard of the Oberstufenzentrum II for business and administration in the Waldstadt. Its colourful graffiti reads „20 Jahre Osten und Westen vereint“, the work of the Jugend-Ausbildungszentrum Steglitz-Zehlendorf, and it had been unveiled the day before in front of more than two hundred trainees, with the school's head, Christina Weigel, and Brandenburg's education minister, Holger Rupprecht. The piece had come from the „Fest ohne Grenzen“ at the Knesebeckbrücke in Teltow on 8 November, where the school's trainee event managers had taken part and then secured it for the school.
The Wall Net describes the school as teaching about 2,000 pupils and trainees in seventeen trades and records the segment as designed by pupils in a class project and set up in November 2009. The school's own site gives its address as Zum Jagenstein 26 in the Waldstadt; the archive's pin, five kilometres away on the other side of the city, has been moved there.
