Installed at the National Museum of the Philippines on 8 October 2015 and moved on 5 October 2020 to the Kartilya ng Katipunan monument. Reported as "fragment 22" of a set. The framing at the unveiling connected the 1986 People Power Revolution to the movements that ended in 1989 — the recipient country supplying the argument for what the object means.

A gift from the City of Berlin that had gone unclaimed in Berlin for about a decade before it was collected.
