The record
A gift from Berlin that went unclaimed for a decade, installed in 2015 and moved to the Kartilya ng Katipunan monument in 2020.
The first home was the National Museum of the Philippines, where it went up on 8 October 2015; the move to the Bonifacio Shrine near Manila City Hall, where the Kartilya ng Katipunan monument stands, came on 5 October 2020, when the mayor, Isko Moreno, and the German ambassador, Anke Reiffenstuel, unveiled it there. GMA News gives the fragment as 3.65 metres high, 1.2 metres wide and 2.8 tonnes. Reported as "fragment 22" of a set. The framing at the unveiling connected the 1986 People Power Revolution to the movements that ended in 1989 — the recipient country supplying the argument for what the object means.
