A section outside a town justice court in the Hudson Valley.
A section outside the justice court of Stony Point, a town of about fifteen thousand on the Hudson. Like the Chicago railway station and the Spartanburg factory lawn, it is a piece of the Wall standing in front of an ordinary civic building that has no particular connection to it — which is most of what happened to the 45,000 elements, once the museums and capitals had taken theirs.
